One of the changes of the New Year is to stay consistent. Especially with fitness. Hiking is one of my favorite things to do. Making the time for hiking can be challenging but so far, so good. Not only have I been making time for hiking, I’ve been trying different trails on the regular. Finished Pinnacle Peak the other day. One of my new favorite trails. Stopped for a water break and saw the moon peaking out in between the rocks, thought it was pretty cool.
