Between the ups, downs, and another rough holiday season, I am starting to feel more like myself again lately. I was out on the McDowell Mountains running the Gateway trail the other day when this picture was taken. You can’t ask for much more than a 70 degree, sunny and beautiful Arizona day IN DECEMBER, win.
